University-based senior living communities are among the fastest growing segment of the senior housing industry. This half day workshop will consider this trend from a variety of perspectives, offering attendees the opportunity to learn about the challenges as well as opportunities available through these projects.

• Explore how senior living organizations across the country are growing and changing in light of today’s market demands. 
• Learn how the capital markets evaluate senior living projects and examine the state of senior living financings, in particular, university-affiliated senior living projects. 
• Hear from three organizations that have approached senior living projects in vastly different ways, review issues encountered as well as criteria for success for the "next generation" of university based, affiliated, or linked senior living community.
